FluFest is an annual health initiative hosted by ECU Campus Recreation and Wellness, offering students, faculty, and staff a convenient way to protect themselves during flu season. At this free community event, participants can stop by to receive complimentary flu shots, connect with wellness resources, and learn more about healthy living on campus. FluFest promotes public health, encourages preventive care, and supports a healthier Pirate Nation — all in a welcoming, accessible environment.
Each year, Fluefest is themed after a different music festival. This year’s event was inspired by the high-energy atmosphere of Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC). With that in mind, I combined elements from the iconic psychedelic look of EDC to create eye-catching promotional material and event signage. I illustrated single element in these printed and digital materials.
